SYNTHETIC DIAMOND COMMUTATOR TURNING TOOLS

Our commutator turning tools will solve all your turning problems. In addition, we can relap them if they become dull. Please call us for more information.

• Turn motor or generator commutators of 3/8” to 18” diameter and over. 

• Produces any predetermined micro finish accurately every time.   

• Outlasts natural diamonds at 1/3 the cost.   

• Standard tools to fit all standard commutator turning lathes, such as: Motormation, Possis, Ott-a-Matic, Globe, Tru-Tool, Mechaneer and Spider. 

• Run at 300-1200 S.F.M.
