GANG SAW SETS
MULTI-SAW SETS

Our custom fit saw sets are designed with your specifications to create multiple slots and geometric shapes. This option can turn multiple step operations into one stage.

Our Proprietary Design slot and chamfer sets are available custom made from 1/2” OD up to 6 5/8” OD. Please provide O.D., I.D., and appropriate dimensions from drawing below.

OPTIONS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC JOB APPLICATION

ATC (Alternate Tooth Clearance) – available at extra cost on most saws.
Serves two functions:

Creates chips less that width of slot, reducing friction in pulling chips through and out. Reduces side area of saw in contact with slot, reducing side friction on saw. This can be helpful in deep slots, cutting copper, some plastics, etc., and where part tends to compress on saw blade.

RAISED HUBS – Available at no extra cost in most cases.

Makes thin saws less fragile for handling and mounting. Gives better clamping power to saw spacers. Allows more hollow grind in working areas.

SLOT SHAPES –

KEYWAYS – Although not standard on carbide saws, O.G. Bell Company can provide keyways upon request at additional cost.
